best press on nails i've ever used
I have been using press on nails since around 2018. I have tried EVERY brand, product, and glue imaginable. I have tried the clear acrylics and press ons you paint yourself, I have tried beetles products, I have tried every glue even products not advertised as nail glue, EVERYTHING. Around a couple of months ago, I hopped off the press on nails and went back to the salon. I couldn't find anything that would actually stay and was worth the effort of me doing them on my own. I was enjoying the salon, but my last trip was around 2 hours for the most basic nail set ever, and cost me around 80 dollars. The next time it was time for me to go to the salon, I was way too lazy to get up early enough to beat the traffic. I told myself I could either get up now, spend the nearly 100 dollars and get them done now, OR I could stay in bed, order this kit (after hearing many reviews of it on tiktok claiming it was the best), and save myself time and money. BEST DECISION EVER. It came on a Monday for me, and as a teacher, I'm very tired after work. My nails were so busted though so I made myself get the nails done. It was SO easy. Even though I say I've been doing press ons for ages, I'm honestly still not that good. But babes this kit is so foolproof. The UV lamp is one of those individual nail lamps which is convenient because you cure the glue that comes with this kit so you will need to cure each nail individually. this can be time consuming but being at home you can watch a show or movie while you do it and honestly it's perfect like that. The nails already come with the design so you don't need to paint anything, and the builder gel in this kit makes such a difference in the end quality of the nail! This has been my favorite set of nails AND glue yet. I'm currently on week 2.5 of these nails (look at the growth) and so far have only ever had 1 nail fall off, which was a 5 minute fix at max. this also comes with 5 sets and I'm still only on the first one, this set of nail designs itself will probably last me TOO LONG!!! lol! The nails come in those strips and not in a box, so sizing your nail bed is quick and easy and you don't lose nails along the process. CONS: although this is my favorite set there are some tiny cons about this product. The base of the nails is see through, make sure you clean and trim your nails. The french tip design will slightly flake off especially at the tip, MAKE SURE you use the builder gel coat and top coat over the tip of the nails to prevent it as much as possible. Other than that, this product is SO WORTH IT!

Coming from a toddler mom - BUY THESE!!
I was so tired of paying over $100 for nails. I always thought press ons were cheap looking but I’ve seen so many videos about these nails and I wanted to give them a try. They are thick and sturdy. As a busy toddler mom these have passed the daily wear and tear test. They took me about an hour to put on and lasted about two weeks. One did pop off but I just glued it back on and it looked great. If you are on the fence just buy them… this is your sign to become a press on girly.

Good quality
Easy to apply. Cute . simple . less expensive than going to nail shop . The Right glue , the right gel base and top coat application and you’ll be good to go. Nails not too thick or too thin.

ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED!
100% WORTH A TRY! I am now obsessed with this entire line. I am so impressed that I'm going to go this route which not only saves money, but time! This was my first time using QUALITY press-on nails after years of paying $$$$ for dip nails at the salon. I purchased this kit, along with xcoattip nails and nail dehydrator because I was going on vacation and had a packed work schedule with long hours the entire week before the trip, so it didn't give me any time to get to the salon. I purchased the multipack thinking I would need to do them several times while on vacation to get me through until I could go back to my dip nails when I returned...because drug store brands I had done in the past only lasted a day or two. LET ME TELL YOU!!! ONE set lasted me 3 WEEKS and only removed them because they were grown out and few lifted a little bit along the top that my hair would catch a little. The nails are thin but strong. I had so many compliments on them and I have told all of my close girlfriends how impressed I am. I am incredibly hard on nails because I run a construction business and constantly either doing a single dip myself (which always looked TERRIBLE) or at the salon for a cracked nail replacement. It took roughly 45 mins for me to prep the cuticles/nails and apply everything else. Here are the steps I took. Prep -cleaned the cuticle really well around the entire nail. -used a medium course foam file block across the entire nail making sure to get along the edges really well -scrubbed the nails well with dish soap (probably over kill, but I have oily nails and do this on my toes before polish for max adhesion) -wiped with rubbing alcohol -applied nail dehydrator Nails -I did one nail at time going back and forth between my right and left for each nail, I wanted my pointer and thumb fingers to be last. With the xcoattip uv glue on both my nail and press on nail - when you press the nail on make sure to go at the 45 degree angle per the instructions so there are no air bubbles and hold it down firmly so it's tight when you flash cure it. After all the nails are done I cured them for another 2 mins just to be safe. -filed nail tip to shape the little connector tab off. -applied and cured xcoattip primer, cured -applied one coat of UV polish to give a little more dimension to the nail (personal preference) cured -applied xcoattips top coat, cured -I am not the best at polishing, so cleaned up the polish the best I could around the nailbed before curing, but did end up also filing around the nail between coats. Removal is another story....it was difficult and took some time to get them off. I did buy a nail glue removed that kind of worked, but would have used the entire bottle...so I switched over to 100% acetone and soaked them for several rounds while loosening in between around the edges with a cuticle stick.

June 1, 2026: They've Sold Us Out
UPDATE JUNE 1, 2026: I got a refund. These are NOT the amazing gel nail mega packs of the past from BTArtbox. The nail bed color is different, to start- more opaque and a deeper, more orange color, unlike what's shown, and the cuticle area is thicker and inflexible. I got 2 nail infections from these despite using a professional protein bond liquid and professional American acrylic, because the nails lifted, because of how inflexible they are. The old style is what's shown in the product photos. They've gone cheap on these now regarding the material, at least where the short almond ones are concerned. The photo attached on my review is from years ago. The old style had much more natural, see through colors and much thinner, flexible cuticle areas. I'm very disappointed. I had bought this mega pack expecting the same amazing quality, only to wind up with a difficult application and nail infections. The other user reviews have photos where I can also tell the drop in quality and color. What a shame. Pros: The French is perfect because it is machine pressed or machine made. It's smooth, thin to the surface of the nail, and the smile line is impeccable. It is indeed gel. It has a perfect gelly look to it, matte or glossy, and doesn't crease when bent, making it fast, easy and accurate when making a pinched set of nails. Easy to layer over top of polygel, hard gel, gel glue, or traditional air dry glue. They take all types of polish and top coats oh so dreamily. When layered with gel glue, polygel or hard gel, they're easy to keep as reusable press ons. Cons: I wish the pink was a little more opaque, a little brighter and a little bit more of a cotton candy or bubble gum color. I use polygel or hard gel under these because otherwise there's a semi sheer pink gap between my finger tip and where the French smile line begins. I don't use them with traditional air dry glue on their own for this reason. If they were a little more opaque and a little pinker, I would be able to, though. They're so close to perfect for me. The pink short almond set came with all the pieces in a plastic box, loose. I hated that. I think that the strips are by far more professional, convenient, attractive and easy to size. I returned them because unfortunately several nails were clipped at the tips, so were more like coffin instead of almond like the rest of the nails in the set. I wound up ordering their Pink Short Square instead. 4/25/2023: I got the short pink square set today and got them on. I'm in love!!! That's my left thumb. I installed this set with my favorite nail bed polygel of all time, Rosè from Makartt. I have some pink, opaque builder gel coming from Makartt later this week, and I'll redo my nails then with it instead because I want a bit more coverage and thinner cuticles that I don't need to sand down, which does create a rougher, faker look for me if I can't do it perfectly... extra tough to do with my non dominant hand! But these nails are incredible, in my opinion. I can file them down at the cuticle area before applying if I need them shorter while preserving the French tip, they're sturdy enough for me while still being thin enough, I love the pink color, the box contains 5 to 10 sets for my personal use depending on whether I use hard gel or polygel, and they can be reused as pressons. Now the pro tip. Have you ever heard of the cuticle pocket? Opening the cuticle pocket is the secret to getting nails that look and feel exactly like Russian salon nail services. If you look on YouTube, search "how to open and clean the cuticle pocket nails" or something very similar. I know my photo isn't the greatest, but hopefully you can see the depth between the nail and cuticle area. If you open that cuticle pocket, clean it, then carefully insert the press on slightly under it, it looks incredibly crisp and it prevents lifting even further. Another pro tip, one I figured out myself: If these nails are too sheer for your liking, buy or use a jelly polish on the underside of the nails first, one to three coats, and then fill the under side with non stick sculpting gel. Pressing down on the cuticle area forward to the tip, you'll retail the nice thin cuticle area under the pocket too. Then you'll also want to secure the nail with a clear UV clip. Place it right at the cuticle area firmly, then bake in the light for 90 sec. Then top coat to seal the French tip. Voila. Another general note, if you insert the nail under your cuticle, it shortens the press on. BTA Frenchies are in general perceived to be kinda long.. your opinion of the length depends on the length of your applied area, so, from chosen cuticle area (some people leave some space between the press on and their cuticle, some people gently push back and clean the cuticle to apply for a snug fit, some apply against the untouched cuticle, and some, like me now, give the cuticle the full cut, push and clean, then insert underneath) to the free edge of the finger tip. If you insert these into the pocket, suddenly too long "short" press ons become much shorter.. in my new opinion, just right. I love BTA French tips.

High quality
I absolutely love them they stay on very good and look like a professionally done acrylic nails I have a nine month old and a very busy active life so I have had it pop off a couple times because I am rough with my hands between dishes every day life working, etc. but I glue it back on and they stay on, so I am all in all happy with it because I’m aware how rough I am

Great quality
I love the design and the high-quality of it the only difficult thing is getting it fully glued down because it is a thicker press on nail. I love the natural pink color it blends into my nails perfectly. When it comes to making it stick on I've had to use builder gel and 120 seconds under the UV light so far my third time around applying them they flashed three days and I'm very satisfied

Different new formula
These two are “the same” product. The only apparent difference is the color of the bottle. I couldn’t find the black ones anymore on Amazon. The formulas have in fact changed. The white bottles have the ingredients listed in the back, the black ones don’t. I 1000% prefer the black bottles. They both have the same wet consistency, the both last up to 2-3 weeks. However, when it’s time to remove and/or when they start peeling due to nail growth the black bottles have a chipped HARD consistency that help come off much better in my opinion without damaging the nails. Now the white bottles, when it’s time to remove the consistency is NOT hard. It is more of a gooey consistency. Harder to remove, and worse of all it chipped mostly all my nails. I’m a recovered nail biter and length is everything to me, so it hurt to see my nails break. This was the first time using these new packaging bottles, everything else down to the technique stayed the same. I’m sure knowing the removal technique for this new formula would make the difference but I don’t know it yet. So I’m learning as I go with these new bottles.
