Wrong charger
I ordered the charger for my Lenovo on the 13th Jan. I received it (very promptly) on the 15th January, when I realised that it didn't fit. I sent all the relevant information to the firm on the 16th January, followed buy a reminder on the 25th January and yet another email on the 14th February...ALL failed to get a response!
