I was looking for a high end Colorectal product for Occult Blood Detection as is found in the beginning stages of Colorectal Cancer. Followed the instructions perfectly and sent it off after registration at their web site. Waited two weeks for the evaluation result. No answer. Waited another two weeks and FINALLY, got a reply from a computer - "we are checking on it-please be patient". I waited another week. By this time, if I had cancer, it could have metastatic spread. Followed up by repeated inquiries. "We reget that your sample was lost in the Laboratory.some where. - we apologize and will refund you money" After waiting a month, and not receiving it, I made an appt with a MD for a surgical Colonoscopy. I feel very certain this company operates out of a dark and dirty closet in a basement.An update: The factory did refund my purchase fee- not directly to me, or my CC, but through Amazon which did nothing to notify me. WISH AMAZON WAS BETTER THAN THAT!!!! Furthermore, the factory PR person made a heart felt apology for the mishap. Maybe they are worth a second try: NO BODY'S PERFECT And my surgical procedure was OK.
