I've been lifting for about a year now and haven't gotten the chance to use wrist straps, braces, or any other lifting equipment. I found this a perfect way to experiment with it. The snug fit of the elbow pads ensures they will not move during an intense workout, and the same goes for the braces, straps, etc. The carry bag is a good way to keep it all in one place so I don't leave pieces behind. Can't beat the price. Would recommend to anybody starting lifting or interested in getting quality equipment.

This is a great bang for your buck. High quality products. The wrist wraps especially come in handy when going for one rep maxes when benching.

One of my gym buddies ordered this and I have to say the quality of the materials and the amount of stuff you get for the price is excellent, I'm going to order mine because I've been needing wrist straps and elbow pads for a while and this is a pretty good deal.

Good product, I was skeptical that they wouldn't hold up to better brands like rehband or sheik, but they did. Great deal for everything youd need outside of specialized training.
