Lifeplan Eye 'C' with Lutein Bilberry & Zinc Capsules x 60. Helps Maintain Healthy Eyes

I have been taking these capsules for atleast 3 months and I would say they are working and helping protect my eyes from the daily strain I put them through.I got these tablets because my eye health has deteriorated with age and I also use computers for work and use screens at home constantly, so any extra help for the eyes is a good thing. I also have blepharitis and dry eye syndrome. These caps contain Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Vitamin A, Zinc, Vitamin C, Selenium and various other vitamins (as pictured). They actually also contain taurine and some berry extracts, so it's a good mix of various things that are good for lots of ailments.I have no issues swallowing these tablets and they don't upset my stomach. It says to take them with food and I take them with my evening meal just because it's more convenient for me. I have taken B vitamins in the past in higher doses and got lots of spots, these seem to give me just about the right amount that my skin doesn't break out.Really recommend this supplement if you want a good range of vitamins and something you can just add to your daily health regimen. I've not had to do so much blepharitis treatment so they must be doing something!

It's a great supplement for the eyes. The only downside is that all the pills are plastic coated. So I will need to open each time and swallow the powder by itself.

Awful large horrible after taste

This seems like a good product to me. I have taken lutein for about six months now, and I am certain my eyesight has improved. My mother had macular degeneration and I want to guard against this as much as possible. Bilberry is reputed as also being very good for your eyes and this product combines the two at a reasonable price. Will be buying more of this product.

No proof they work but the reviews look good, any-things worth a go for the price

Not used these yet as just about finishing my other product.As l take tablets for my eyes every day the price was very important to me. This product is very good value and l will, l hope use these tablets indefinitely. They have the exact ingredients that l need. Prompt delivery too. All in all good news.
