Cooks Choice Jamaican Jerk Marinade/Seasoning/Flavoring/Glaze/Meat Rub 60 Grams

I live this marinade in my chicken thighs. I bake in the overm and then thicken the marinade juices with a little cornflour and cream to make a lovely gravy. Have spiced up before with a scotch bonnet thrown in too. Highly recommend this.

The best jerk chicken marinade I have used. I prefer to mix with a little hot water first before adding the meat for better absorption.

I have to say that this is so far the best jerk marinade I've had so far and I've ordered some more, I do a teaspoon of hot chilli powder as it's spicy but not hot enough for me, for the price you can't go wrong so give it a try you have nothing to lose, definitely recommend it.

Really nice seasoning, just wish the delivery was faster 😂
