Caught one within 24 hours!
Put some smears of peanut butter in the designated area and there a couple almonds just inside the entry point and caught this little guy in 24 hours. Only thing is don’t leave them there for long or they’ll chew through the trigger mechanism or air holes. There was a good sprinkling of plastic shavings in and around the contraption and I’m guessing it had only been in there 45 minutes. I’m guessing if this thing was made from tougher plastic it would take longer to eat through.

Absolute best!
I put two of these near where we had seen mice at work. It took less than 3 minutes and we had a mouse. I took the mouse out in the woods to let it go.

Definitely a good alternative to kill traps!
You may can find these in bigger bundles cheaper somewhere else. However, these really do work. I've baited the traps with cheese and peanut butter and they work great. Just make sure the food source weight is almost enough to trip the trap to ensure you don't end up feeding the mouse/rat instead of catching them! They won't last forever, but, they tend to last at least 5 months or longer. Don't rrcomend flushing them eith hot water, tends to mess up the spring!

Easy to use but....
I wish it would have worked, so easy to 'bait' and just push down the little door to 'set'. I went on and purchased a small metal 2-sided Live trap and it's more complicated (for me) to set. I haven't used it yet. This is so easy and it DID trap the mouse. I used it in my trailer, it would probably work better in an area easy to check often. So depending on where you use it, how often you can easily check it....might still be worth a shot and great price!

A working mouse trap
It works. I use peanut butter - not too much - and throw a peanut or piece of bread toward the back of the trap. Only caveat is that it's sometimes hard to open the bait/trap door to let the mouse out, but I'm able to tip the trap up for this part with the little mouse still secure as I gently work the sliding door off. I do this with plastic or garden gloves and rinse it off with the hose and then maybe clean a little more and re-use. Mousey leaves a mess hence the garden hose - after letting mousey out, of course. It's good it's a 2-pack because trust me, you probably don't have just one mouse - so set these for a few nights.

Wow! Worked overnight!
Welp I was skeptical of this product but it really works! Had a tiny field mouse in my pantry and could not find it anywhere.. set this trap overnight and viola he was in there. My husband took him down the road and let him go! Super happy with this product!
