Son uses these for his squats since he is still growing. He said they work perfect and takes them to the gym every morning.

I bought the EPP squat wedges as I wanted something lightweight and easy to carry. I found these amazing as finally I found squat wedges that doesn't slip on the floor. They give you pads to attach to the wedges so it doesn't slip.  Even when I stack them 2 together, they don't slide! For the price they give you so much in the package. 3 squat boards, anti slip pads, 3 resistance bands with 3 different resistance strengths, and even a workout manual. I tried the workouts from the manual and they work so well and easy to understand, especially for me since English is my second language. The resistance bands were great and made the workout even better.  The EPP boards are very strong and sturdy but like the manual says, I wore running shoes and not socks so I wouldn't slide ontop of the wedges. I totally recommend these to anyone!!

Top is super slippery. Super cheap. My feet slip back on every rep. No matter what shoes I wear they throw off my balance. K ew I should have gotten the other ones. And I never got resistance bands.... not happy what a waitse of money

I'm sure these blocks are great for many people, I just have a few issues. I mainly want them for toe elevated calf raises because I don't want to throw 25 pound plates on the floor. I got them to try out because the cork ones that I got were just a little too tall and short and my feet would begin to slide back when doing calf raises. These work ok but still not what I'm looking for.First, I thought the two inch height is just what I wanted but the block is so long that I'm not actually getting two inches of lift. I haven't tried stacking the two short blocks yet so that it pairs with the taller block which leads me to my other issue.Second, the seller advertises the non slip pads as a selling point. I use the diamond plate style foam puzzle mats and they still slip a little. The issue that I have is that they stack well without the pads but once you put the pads on, since they protrude from the bottom, they don't stack as well anymore. It'll still work but just seems like a bit of a design flaw to me.

This works wonderfully, especially if you're in an apartment or at home. The wedge allows for deeper squats and the scratches of the calves as you would being on a stair. My son had an issue doing squats in his apartment and found these to be very effective. Highly recommend it.

I'm using these in the opposite orientation to help with ankle mobility stretching. The set is lightweight and the included bag makes it easier to carry around. I do wish that they included another one of the taller wedges so that I can stack them all together to increase mobility stretching. Granted, I'm probably using this in a different way than intended. I've used these for heel elevated squats, which does seem to reduce strain on my knees.

These are great for me….I tore my Achilles and can’t stand flat on the ground so I usually stand on a weight while doing squats. These help tremendously! I wish they were a little smaller to easily fit in my gym bag but they’re better than other products I’ve tried.
