Expensive, But The Absolute Best Protein Bars On The Market
Firstly, I have been on a weight loss regime for a while. I'd never eaten a protein bar is my life. I'd eat a bowl of muesli and an hour later, I'd reach for a 100 calorie diet snack bar. An hour later, returned the hunger pangs. Genuinely physically hungry. I tried my first Grenade bar a few months ago, as I knew I'd be working outside for hours and didn't want to be hungry or break my diet. I couldn't believe it. Not only was it so yummy (Oreo one) I was having to eat it slowly due to how dense they are, and I was actually struggling to finish the bar (I can devour a large pouch of Maltesers in 5 minutes) But the point here is, I was full up for 8 hours, which is a miracle, especially when I suffer a stomach acid problem where I get physical hunger pain. I can't believe that for years, I'd been grabbing low calorie chocolate bars, with empty calories, full of sugar and did absolutely nothing for hunger. I was trying to save calories doing this, bit it led me to eating another so it didn't work. My regime now is, I eat one of these for breakfast, average protein content in most flavours is 20 to 21 grams, under 2 grams of sugar (no blood sugar spike and slump) and low carbon, but enough cares to be healthy, because we all need a certain amount of cards, but not many of these come from sugar. I'm actually full up until late afternoon. The flavours are amazing, there's only been one that I wasn't keen on. I had to rave about these, and hopefully encourage people who are on weight loss plans, to atop grabbing for these ridiculous low calorie snack bars that leaf to more hunger. Please don't stop this pic and mix option.

It’s a good if in a hurry just to munch down for Lunch, really tasty, I have them with a cuppa. I have no problem recommending them.

Out of Date - Don't buy!
While box was out of date, some as long as 8 months. I love these bars but won't be using this seller again. Very disappointing
