Great quality in pens. Anyone with low vision will find these useful and helpful. They are more a marker / sharpie but work great.

These are great for people with vision difficulties! I had to go from extra-fine point pens to fine to medium to bold just to see what I am writing. Eventually I just grabbed Sharpies, but I got these thinking they were a bold point pen. You can definitely see what you write when you use these. Not recommended for fine writing as they are very thick!

This pen does write very bold. I usually buy the boldwriter 20/20 pens. I decided to try these because the price was good. While I was happy with the way the pen wrote, I did not like the fact that it bleeds through the page so you can’t write on both sides of a piece of paper. It also has a strong odor. It is like this is actually a permanent marker that has been marketed as a pen for the visually impaired.

These pens are not suitable for typical low vision group work. They bleed through excessively and are not useful for taking notes or writing on typical paper

GOOD FOR THE PRICE, BUT NOT THE PURPOSE. THIS IS A MARKER NOT A "LOWIF YOUVISION PEN". A LOW VISION PEN DOES NOT "BLEED THRU" PAPER. THIS MARKER DOES, AND ALSO THE INK SMELLS LIKE MARKER INK. WILL KEEP AND USE AS MARKERS.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this because I felt it was the best value. The markers work really good for about a week and a half of daily iuse, but they dry up after that. I wish the tip was a little more narrow. I have one bad eye recovering from a detached retina so my one eye benefits from not straining too much when I use these pens and being able to read my text. They do not smear. Smear resistance: Excellent

No strong odor. Doesn’t bleed through. Works great !

Tenia mejores expectativas, tiene olor lo que resulta un poco molesto , y transfiere en el reverso de la hoja. Para marcador de textos está bien pero como bolígrafo para baja vision no me gustó

Do not buy these markers if you are looking to write with them. I bought these because I have a visual impairment and needs something dark to write with.. these are not it.. they go right through the paper. Back to the Crayola markers I guess!
