It Really Works! I am extremely happy with this red light therapy belt! It’s very easy to use, comfortable to wear, and heats up quickly. After just a few sessions, I noticed a big improvement in my muscle tension and overall comfort. It works great on the back, stomach, and legs, and the design makes it super convenient to use while relaxing at home. The quality feels durable and the light intensity is perfect. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made—highly recommended!

It is different than a heating pad but gets warm. It has helped us with lower and upper back pain. It is very flexible and has a nice weight. The coverage is nice- it goes from shoulder to shoulder. There are different setting and a timer. It is of good quality and seems durable. FYI- There is a caution not to look at the LED lights.

It REALLY works on areas of pain. Try it. Doesn't work on everything, but we use ours all the time. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is connection cord isn't connecting anymore. To be fair it's a couple years old and we used it a lot!! We liked it so much we have bought several as gifts.
