Extremely high quality- worth the price
I am trying to cut down on plastic exposure and I was recommended this brand by a friend so I ordered one and it was worth every penny. After being left in a hot car for over 20 hours my water was still just as cold as it was when I filled it up and that blew my mind. Customer service is top notch too and when my cap developed a leak they replied to my request promptly and are sending me a brand new cap. This company has earned a new loyal customer

Problem with cap.
Cap to open wide part of flask becomes very tight from opening and closing smaller cap. Struggle to open and I am a male. Need to check wide flask after opening and closing small cap occasionally or loosen wide cap before tightening top cap.
