Spring Valley Biotin Dietary Supplement, 10,000 mg, 120 Softgels

I've taken 10,000 mcg Biotin daily in the past. This is my first time using the supplement with Keratin and I love it. As usual, my natural hair is growing quickly but this is also working wonders on my skin and nails. My face is especially clear and glowing lately. My nails are also growing super quickly and are nice and thick. I am pleasantly surprised by the results and will be choosing this supplement combination moving forward.

This pills are great for hair and nail growth. I know of some people that get breakouts, but with drinking a lot of water this can be avoided. Luckily, I do not have this issue but I never have head issues with acne. I take one pill in the morning, they are pretty tiny. You will see the difference within a few months. Everyone's progress is different but I go to these when I need a boost in hair or nail growth.
