Perfect!
Bought this to replace my over worked 6k BTU in the living room. Keeps the room very cool, and I notice it’s kicking on and off when needed so I’ll be saving money without using the 6k BTU constantly on. Did come with minor damage but this was due to UPS and not the shipper or Amazon. Amazon customer support on this issue was amazing! Should have bought two!

It’s not great
The eco mode is terrible it goes on and off for like 5 seconds. It struggle during hot temp in a undersized room and it’s loud

Arrived damaged
The plastic front of air conditioner was cracked upon arrival. Due to it not being delivered on time ,while we were in town , we just opened it to install and discovered it now. It still stays closed and the unit itself is functioning properly.

Incorrect Specs Advertised
Just received it today and since it's the middle of winter I cannot yet rate its performance however the 3 stars is due to the inaccurate specs on Amazon. I was looking for a specific size unit and selected this one because it is advertised as 17.9" high when it is in fact just under 15". Also, the unit weight is not 25 lbs as advertised but more like 75 lbs. so I could not carry it up the stairs by myself as originally planned. Get it straight Amazon!

Not what was expected
Although this is an ok unit, I am sadly disappointed in Honeywell for miss information. The size is not what they say it is. It is much smaller than what the description says. So please be aware.

Doesn’t cool after less then three months and cannot find the serial number any where on it for warranty
