BisquickPancake & Baking Mix, Reduced Fat, 40oz Box (Pack of 2)

Online the ingredients didn’t list soy, so I was overjoyed. But when it arrived, yikes. Soy - and Unreturnable. So my problem. Donated, so I guess someone benefited.

I have always liked Bisquick. I have the cookbook they put out in 1968 with so many favorites in it. It has so many uses; breads, main dishes, appetizers, desserts, cookies and the list goes on. The biscuits taste better than the refrigerated kind and just as easy if doing drop biscuits.

I use this because it is heart healthy. You can make biscuits, pancakes, waffles, as well as other things.

My mom used Bisquick, I’ve used it. But because of COVID my store didn’t have the regular variety and I bought this instead. I like it better. My pancakes come out light and fluffy.

The product itself is fine but it arrived with the outer package damaged and some of the product was leaking out, not much but the package integrity was definitely compromised.

Great baking mix and no animal products. I make vegan pancakes, biscuits, cobbler, etc., and all turn out great.

Product behaves just like regular Bisquick, but happy it’s a heart healthy alternative.

This baking mix is awesome I made amazingly yummy and perfect for any baking project
