A great book....
A great book with a lovely & varied selection of recipes from jams and dips to main meals and delicious ice cream and other treats - the Chillentines are to die for! It's not all incredibly hot & fiery & is focussed on flavour and the varied qualities of different chillies - very interesting & a great eye opener to someone like me who enjoys warm/hot food but has little idea about the nuances of the different chillis out there - there are lots of top tips on all aspects of the Chilli world! Cookbook for Chilli lovers
A gift for my brother in law who is Chillies mad, bought alongside a supporting book on growing Chillies, have yet to give them to him, however, it has a good range of recipes, colouful images and the recipes look easy to follow. I would recommend this purchase
