It’s worse experience I have ever had , I opened box and it was broken back part

INCOMODA, DESASTRE ! El masajeador, no es masajeador. Son 2 bolas que vibran y no se mueven. IMPOSIBLE sentarse y apoyar la espalda sin que esas 2 bolas te lastimen el cuello, ya que al no moverse, se clavan en un solo lugar del cuello. Lamentablemente no la puedo devolver porque la arme 3\4 semanas de haberla recibido y se venció la devolución. Salen elementos punzantes, mi hijo se pincho y le dolía sentarse ahi. Jamas vi una silla que no cumple con su función y descripción. Tuvo problemas de espalda mi hijo por esta silla. No la compren por favor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Massager motors are so loud, cant connected to Bluetooth because missing usb connections, speakers no power , led botton seat wont turn on , too many wiresIm returning it .Dont buy not worth the price.

The massages hurt unless using the massage. They make the chair uncomfortable. The lights and speakers are sweet and work great. Amazon sent me a open box instead of a new one.

Don't recommend the metal part of the back seat broke

The back does not stay upright when leaning back. The back is also very hard, very little cushioning, could feel my back press against the metal of the back, the massage feature was only good part.
