This Niceday Twist Mini Stepper was delivered on 12/7/2024 and it was ready to go right out of the box. First, I inspected it, of course, and made sure it was intact and adjusted to my preference. Then I attached the optional resistance bands. For the first couple of months, I only used it at 5-minute intervals, a few times a day (because my lifestyle had been completely sedentary for quite some time before purchasing this). As time went on, it became super easy to get a great workout done while watching TV. Now, I step for one consistent hour, 6 days a week. so it's definitely being used often. It's so convenient and there are no problems, thus far. Every single part of it works as it should. The step count is accurate. The resistance bands are a great addition to ensure a full body workout. It's very sturdy, yet lightweight and compact enough to put away after each use. The mini stepper does make little sound at the bottom of each step; however, it's not loud at all. Another bonus aside from getting my heart rate up, I've even lost some of the weight I've gained, without changing my diet. Just imagine the extra benefits if I start to eat more nutritious foods. Anyhow... being happily satisfied with this Niceday Twist Mini Stepper, I highly recommend that you go ahead and purchase it; it's very well worth it.

Durable and very easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow, it's portable, compact and definitely worth the money.

The stepper seems to be well made. I've only used it twice but I really like it. It seems the target the muscles I need it to as well. One of the reasons I chose it was because it said it was quiet. While it doesn't squeak, every step you take sounds like a bang. I don't think this would be good for anyone in a condo or an apartment if you're above someone or if you just have a small space and don't want to wake up someone. The other reason I chose this stepper over others is because it's adjustable. While it is adjustable, the instruction booklet it comes with does not tell you how to adjust it to target certain muscle groups. I had to go back on the description page and screenshot it so I knew how many inches I needed to have the foot pedal go up to in order to Target the areas I need. Probably would have been a better idea to have a marker on the knob that you adjust, rather than having to get out a measuring tape and figure it out yourself. Other than that, it seems well made and sturdy.

Let me start by saying, the customer service from Niceday was phenomenal! The stepper i received had little to no resistance. I reached out to the seller and got a message within 24 hours. I first spoke to Raven who asked me to upload a video and email it to them. They helped me with the process and it was painless. Next, Liza reached out and completed the process. Liza was awesome and expedited the shipping of a new stepper. My belief - anyone who says customer service isn't great, is absolutely trying to scam the company and get free merch. If they ask you to upload a video; upload the video! Explain what's going on. Customer service was tripping over themselves to accommodate! The stepper itself - fun and kinda addicting. The original i purchased lost tension within a minute of using. The replacement works great. Maybe not 30 minutes of tension but long enough for a fun cardio/leg exercise. It's not the gym, it's a great stress reliever and you can strengthen your legs. Final thought - customer service 5/5. Product 4/5. I'll buy again when I inevitably break/lose/give away this stepper.

I find the nice day stepper very sturdy, one can burn a lot of calories in a few mins,its portable, easy to carry, and you get a good work out..my job i sit for 14 hours ,so this is a great opportunity to work out whole at work....I love it no issues with my stepper thus far...

I’m very happy with this stepper. I don’t get much exercise outside of cleaning my own house. So I wanted something that could be easy and doable. This is perfect. I don’t go by minutes as I saw with most reviews. I go by steps. I can get about 200 steps done in 5 minutes and I do this 3-4 times a day. But I can feel the burn in my legs at the 2 minute mark and I have to push myself every time. But I love the steeper so far. It’s definitely worth the price. It worked right out of the box, except for putting on the resistance bands.it’s light weight so it can be moved easily. And it really seems like it’s built very well. I can see myself using this for many years. I can honestly say that I very mush recommend this stepper I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I leave mine out so that I see it at the end of my bed and every time I see it I usually get on it. It makes me feel like I’m getting a good workout every day. I love it.

I’ve been using the Niceday stepper for a few months now and I’m honestly impressed. It’s compact, sturdy, and easy to set up right out of the box. I like that it doesn’t take up much space, so I can slide it under my bed or tuck it in a corner when I’m done. The resistance feels smooth and challenging enough to actually get a good sweat going, especially when I use the resistance bands for arms at the same time. Okay let me start by saying, this is a really good little stepper. I bought it a couple weeks ago and wanted to try it for a few weeks so I can give an honest, fair review. Comes put together. Only thing you have to assemble is the straps (super easy to clip on). Very stable (bought a different one before this one and it was soo wobbly and hard to stay on) I use it for about 30 minutes every day. By the end of my workout, I'm sweating and my legs are burning (in a good way) I've noticed my waist is slimming and my thighs are starting to tone. Great little stepper for the price. Now, the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it started being SO noisy a couple days ago randomly (I willl try to attach a video) . I've tried adjusting the height, moving it to a different place in my house but it's still so noisy. It wasn't like this the first 2 weeks I've used it so I'm not sure why it started making the loud noise. If you can get past the noise, it's a good little workout.
