Works Great
I needed to do some plumbing work in my basement, but wasn’t “feeling” the hassle of having to sweat copper pipe. So, I purchased one of these copper fitting crimping tools from Vevor. I watched several YouTube videos to get the basics of how the tool would work. It actually worked far better than I had expected. I was worried that the arm strength needed to fully compress the copper fitting was going to be greater than what I would be able to deliver. however, it was no problem.I marked my copper pipe to make sure that it was fully inserted into the copper fitting. I attached the crimping tool to the fitting, and with only five or six strokes was able to completely close the jaws on the crimping tool thus creating a proper crimp on my copper fitting. It was really simple. I was impressed.I would recommend this tool or similar for small plumbing fixes, and my plan is never to have to sweat another copper fitting again.

Excellent DIY Tool
Acquired this tool for a DIY project to replace some decades-old copper piping and to install a Moen Flo shutoff valve and a water treatment/filter system. The project involved installing about 25 propress fittings, and very happy with this tool’s performance. The cost is a small fraction of an electric press (even an off-brand). This manual tool does give you an arm workout to use, though, and can be a bit awkward to maneuver and get into position at times.

Great
I am not a plumber. I am a homeowner and had to crimp two pipes, and this worked great and was cheaper than calling a plumber to do it.

Excellent tool for the price
I bought this to crimp Viega copper fittings for a water heater install. Crimped 1/2" and 3/4" fittings and it worked flawlessly. I was able to get in some pretty tight spaces with it, needs a little more room than the $2300+ electric tools out there but does just as good of job. When laying out where you going to put crimp fittings just plan to leave room for getting the tool in and you'll be fine. Well worth the money.

Cheap crap
Used it about 10 crimps then snap. Broke the head. Cheap Chinese crap. China is making junk. Remember the toys that were giving American kids lead poisoning? Don’t buy this Junk. The head is steel but the connector holding the two jaws together is Aluminum. This connector breaks if you over pump it even slightly. Thanks China. No replacement parts available either. Only had it two months. China sucks
