Mountain Pac Boot and Helmet Bag

I was looking for a sturdy cabin bag for my ski boots, to make sure the bag was the right dimensions and to maximise the size I could put in the overhead locker.This bag is perfect for the job. It's a single compartment inside, and has a zipped pocket on the outside that's useful for documents and stuff when you're going through security screening.Its strong strap works well; it's effectively a messenger bag.I managed to fit a pair of boots, my jacket, gloves, etc. ... more than you'd get in a regular boot bag.Also a good bag for travel in general as long as you don't mind the lack of compartments.Well made from durable materials, I think it's good value for money.

I have my 106mm last size boots in nicely. I can get my goggle case in and perhaps some other bits and pieces.I have got my helmet in as well but it sticks out a bit at the side so I suspect it wouldn't fit into the airlines carry on measure box.Taking the boots out its a 31L bag. Looks good for a short trip away (with laptop but no spare suit) or for carrying kit to the gym.Seems well made enough for purpose and the zips are smooth to do up / undo.Neat bag at the price.

Well overpriced for quality

Bought for an upcoming ski trip, wanted to avoid lugging a small trolley around the airport, so went for this which I can easily sling on my shoulders like a messenger bag. Fits my ski boots (approx UK size 10) perfectly standing in the bag side-by-side.Looks like there is plenty of room for other things such as a folded ski jacket, or helmet and goggles.Weighs 5kg exactly with both boots in the bag, so another 5kg worth can be put inside to remain in the 10kg hand luggage allowance.Side pocket will come in handy too I'm sure for documents, passport, tablet etc.Great bag for the price!

I purchased this specifically for knowing there wouldn't be any problems at the airport since my usual ski boot bag is marginally wider than easyJet's allowance - the boots fit in a 69 position inside the bag - unfortunately no photos seem to exist of the inside of this bag on the internet so I took a bit of a gamble - there isn't a splitter/divider inside so your boots do sit on top of each other in a 69 position without protection. Also, my boots are a size 29.5MP (so UK foot size of 11 approx) and with my boots inside there is no chance a helmet will fit. However, the bag does have what no other ski bag seems to have, which was a massive selling point for me, a side pocket, which is capable of fitting both my Surface Go tablet in a case, as well as my iPad 9.7inch, plus wallet, password etc etc.It would be nice if the boots had a divider between them, however with easyJet's 'one bag only' hand luggage policy I can live with it, knowing i can also carry my tablet in the side pocket.

Ordered this for my Apex Antero ski boots, but like all other normal ski boot bags, was not wide enough totake them as the boots are a new type with an exoskeleton, which makes them wider than normal.However, decided to keep the bag as it is good quality and very handy for umpteen other uses.
