Wouldn't pick up any signal, constantly defaulted to a different time zone (no matter how many times I reset the clock in Settings), randomly shouted "Turn left!" (even though it wasn't tracking a location). Final straw was when it told me "You are driving above the speed limit" (when I was doing 35 mph). It's simply an annoying backseat driver. I returned it immediately. Amazon warehouse has received it, and I'm STILL awaiting my refund! There must better navigators on the market. This one is a total waste.

I like the product. BUT IT IS TO BIG FOR A CAR.

I wanted to like this product, but didn't. I've owned several TomToms, all I had to do was plug it in, turn it on and the screen came up, everything was visually intuitive and the touch screen worked. This thing comes with a booklet of instruction in 3-point type that needs a magnifying glass, so you have to jump through hoops to get the screen up. And the touch screen options, like volume control, don't work on the one I got. I'm returning it. Also no instructions for mounting, only option was a suction mount for the windshield, nothing for dash - and it seemed a couple of mounting parts were missing. Sounded like a good value worth trying, but I'll try the more expensive and reliable ones like TomTom or Garmin .

I got this for my parents who were traveling from Ohio to Florida. They were actually using a paper map. My dad mentioned a Garmin so this is what he decided on. This thing is trash! The graphics were cartoon like. It was horribly inaccurate and the mountings fell apart. What a disgrace and disappointment!!! If I could rate this product with negative stars I would!!!!!
