One Year Wiser: The Gratitude Journal: A Gratitude Journal Hardcover – 15 Sept. 2016

I bought this journal this week, and have started using it already. It is so lovely, and inspiring, and I even spent a bit of time colouring in the border of the pages I have used - as the author invites you to do. The pages are thick enough that the colour doesn't bleed through, which is a huge bonus! (I used kids' thick pencil crayons).Writing in the journal about what I am grateful for, or glad about, set me in a good intention and mindset, lifting my spirits. The book brings a smile to my face as I know I have a whole year of enjoying it!The space for each entry is half a page - that's half a side of an A5 page.The book is padded hardback.Thank you to all the creators of this lovely book!

I absolutely love this book. The pages are beautifully illustrated and they have used good quality paper. The quotes give you pause for thought and if you wish you can colour the hand drawn intricate designs in. My only one negative for this book is that the set days to write in are very small sometimes I have to use 2 or 3 up in one sitting.

What a beautiful book. I started it on my birthday! It's so beautiful, and it's got such wonderful thoughts and illustrations inside - Mike Medaglia is a true talent. I really do feel better just to have it by my bedside. I totally plan on giving this out to other people on their birthdays and also at new year. Can't recommend highly enough.
