Excellent AC with good cooling and also works with alexa
Installation: I have received my product on 7th April and my product was installed on the next day, I only have to call blue star customer care and raise an installation ticket.. Quality: Quality is upto the mark, all products are good, only one thing which is not upto the mark is the wire of indoor unit which is very short. Performance: I have installed it on 4th Floor and room is directly facing sunlight from two sides and yet the cooling is so good. Wifi is also easy to use and setup, you just have to install Blue Star Smart Ac app and follow the steps. **Alexa is not working with this ac** the account created by you in blue star ac doesn't appear in the Alexa app, that's why I am deducting one star on that because i have purchased this ac to operate it with wifi and alexa otherwise i will go for daikin. **Outdoor unit has very noise** Energy Efficiency: I will update this later after using the ac for few months. Water Leakage: Yet there is no water leakage. And at last i want to mention that service of blue star is good in my area, the only setback is at the time of installation the technician didn't vaccum the outer unit. Installation and other charges is as per amazon chart. Edit on 17 April 2025 **Ac is started working with Alexa, maybe the account created on blue star ac app takes time to be updated on other server." Now I will change it's rating from 4 star to 5 star. Now everything is perfect in this ac.

Do not purchase any product of Bluestar
I am extremely disappointed with Blue Star's service and support. While the AC unit itself is working fine till now (and that’s the only reason I’m giving even 1 star), the entire experience from purchase to post-installation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Let me explain everything clearly: Installation Delays & Mismanagement: After ordering the Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star Wi-Fi Smart Inverter Split AC (Model: IC318YNUS) from Amazon, it was delivered on 13th April 2025. As per policy, installation should have been done within 72 hours. However, the initial service ticket was cancelled without any reason, and no technician contacted us. We had to manually raise another ticket ourselves and wait again. There was zero communication from Blue Star's side. After multiple follow-ups and emails, and even after Amazon escalated the issue, the installation was finally done on 18th April, 5 full days after delivery, only after constant pressure from our side. No Product Demo Provided: Even after installation, no one has provided the promised demo of the AC. The technician clearly said someone else would come for the demo. I’ve raised multiple requests and even emailed the company, but no one has contacted us, and the request is still lying "under process". The Wi-Fi connection and smart features are not working, and I’ve had to figure out everything on my own through the manual, with no success. How is a customer supposed to understand smart features without any guidance? Terrible Customer Support: Their customer support is just for show. They keep generating tickets, but there’s no resolution, no callbacks, and no follow-up. My mails were ignored, and phone support was just as useless. The lack of accountability is shocking for a big brand like Blue Star. In conclusion, while the AC unit may be decent, the customer experience has been awful. I chose Blue Star for its brand name and expected professional service. But this entire experience has been a major letdown and will not recommend it to anyone based on this kind of irresponsible service. Extremely disappointed.

Blue Star 1.5T - 3 star Wi-fi 2025 model
Got installed the AC few days back. Overall experience is okey. Wanted to give 5 star but the reasons behind 4 star is coming ahead. About the machine, construction is ruged and appearance is nice. Received all the parts and accessories as described. Another plus point is having both the swing functions (vertical & horizontal) which other brands are not offering in 3 star models. About the cooling, (1.5T-3S), as the brand BlueStar we all know for, is serving the purpose quite well. Comparatively bigger indoor as well as outdoor unit cooling my room (1800 cu.ft.) faster than the other AC (Godrej 1.5T-3S fixed in a 1250 cu.ft room) at my home. Airflow is also good. Regarding the installation (reason for 4 star), technician was good, response was prompt and charged nominal for the installation. But they have drilled unnecessary holes on the wall without assessing the correct installation position which ruined the aesthetic of the wall (showed in the picture). Once even they were about to damage the conceal wiring with the core-cutter. But the technical things were good. Regarding the customer care, after 6 days of installation, they have not registered the product on BlueStar system yet. Now coming to the negative, the swing functions (vertical & horizontal) are not working out of the box. As the customer care assured they will fix it within 10 days under warranty and lets hope for the best. Otherwise I will reduce 1 more star in my follow-up review.

Chilled Cooling and No noise
I have 5 ac's in my house each for a room and I have LG, Hitachi,Haier, Panasonic and Bluestar believe above all the ac I have the bluestar ac cooling can't be compared they cooling is like deep freezer breeze even in 29°c set temperature Hitachi(non inverter model) outdoor unit high sound but cooling is good and the Panasonic remote I don't like at all but cooling is efficient same with haier they also give good cooling but I would never suggest someone to buy lg ac my 1.5 ton lg ac cooling is very bad I have switch on the ceeling fan even after turning on the ac the cooling is very bad serviced time to time and no parts changed all ok but still they aren't good for cooling but the bluestar one just outstanding they cooling like can't be compared there's a reason they only makes cooling devices as they know there's game

Poor Service - No response
Third class service - see the below 2 mails which I provided to blue star- Dear Blue Star Service Team, I am writing again to highlight the continued disappointing and unprofessional experience I am having with your service. After sending my previous escalation email, I received a call from your team. However, instead of addressing any of the concerns I had raised—no explanation, no apology, no clarification—the representative directly asked, “Sir, do you want to continue this service? This response was shocking and completely unacceptable. After all the issues I have already faced—multiple tickets with no follow-up, inconsistent pricing information (₹3500 quoted vs ₹2800–₹3000 from customer care), ignored calls, missed appointments, and zero accountability—this is the level of response being provided? It clearly shows that customer concerns are not being taken seriously at any level within your organization. Rather than resolving issues, your team seems more interested in closing tickets without any responsibility. For clarity, Thank you for cancelling my ticket and Thank you for making it very clear that choosing Blue Star products was a poor decision. I will ensure that this experience is shared with others so they are aware of the kind of service they can expect. Thank you for your “support.” Second mail - Dear Blue Star Service Team, I am writing this email as a final escalation regarding the extremely poor and negligent service I have received from your team. I had raised a service request for a gas leakage and refilling issue. Due to a mistake, two additional tickets were also created for demo and enquiry. However, despite multiple tickets being raised, there has been absolutely no follow-up, no proper communication, and no attempt to resolve the issue from your side. To make matters worse, one of your representatives called and quoted a charge of ₹3500 for the service. However, when I spoke with your customer care, they informed me that the expected charges should be in the range of ₹2800–₹3000. Due to this clear mismatch in information, I told your representative that I would first confirm and then proceed. After that, when I tried calling him multiple times within an hour to clarify and confirm, he neither responded nor had the basic courtesy to answer. In fact, my calls were repeatedly cut. This clearly shows the level of professionalism and coordination within your team. Additionally, your customer care team scheduled an appointment for 10 AM. At 10 AM, I received another call stating that the technician would visit either later that day or by the next morning. Neither of these commitments were honored. No technician visited, and not even a single follow-up call was made. This is completely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility and respect for the customer’s time. At this point, I have completely lost trust in your service. Kindly cancel all my active tickets immediately, as I do not wish to proceed with any service from such an organization. Thank you for making me realize that purchasing a Blue Star product was a mistake. I will also ensure that I share my experience with others so they are aware of the kind of service they can expect. Thank you for your “support.”

Blue star needs to fix external noisy unit
Overall cooling and performance is good. External unit is noisy too much. Other features like wifi and alexa working fine.
