Effectiveness vs short use time
Order delivery was excellent. Product information was informative. My wife has been using it a short time and she has not seen her doctor so we cannot attest to effectiveness. Her next scheduled doctor’s appointment is in 6 weeks.

Excellent quality
The white powder is odourless and I just open the capsule and empty the powder into my daily protein mixture. It dissolves in hot or cold liquid easily with a little stirring. I have other supplements in capsules to take and prefer to ingest as few containers as possible. I can't vouch for any definitive health benefits so far but certainly no side effects. The product seems excellent quality.

Not as much as I thought
The 1000 mg per serving is if you eat 2 capsules. Each capsule is 500 mg.
