I recently purchased an ice machine, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. This machine is an absolute game-changer. It produces ice quickly and efficiently, ensuring I always have a steady supply of ice cubes. The quality of the ice is excellent – clear and uniform, perfect for drinks. The machine is also remarkably easy to use and maintain. Cleaning it is a breeze, and it's relatively quiet during operation. One of the standout features is the size of the ice storage bin, which is more than ample for my needs. I can host gatherings without worrying about running out of ice.

good customer service, they make better. this item Broke within a week of use, I tried to contact amazon and they said Tazpi would reach out. I tried 3 times and got nothing from amazon and Tazpi. The Machine is loud and if you use a 5 gallon water bottle like I did you will need to have another empty ready so the water can drain into the empty and rotate the bottles. the instructions never tell you that, they barley tell you how to set it up. would never buy from them. waste of money.

Packaged great!! Great customer service! Started up perfect out of the box! Just got the ice machine hooked up but at this time i have no complaints!!! Great product for the price.

I purchased this item as a Father's day present. The drain hose is flimsy and had pin holes in it causing it to leak inside my wood cabinet. The company after being informed of the problem promised to send a new hose. To date I have neither received the hose nor heard from the company. Additionally, I hired a plumber to install the unit and unless you have plumbing for a drain you will be emptying the bucket at least 2-3 times a day. which is a sacrifice I don't mine, because my husband loved the unit and it convenience for him. It also makes plenty of ice to bag for events, but if you are having a large party of 40 people or more you need to start bagging 2 weeks in advance. I still had to purchase ice for the 4th of July, but I had at least 140 people at my home.

I like the machine so far so good. It did however have a missing tube but the company service is impeccable!! Made sure we got the part and have had no issues. Would order again. They made sure we got the right part and made sure we got it and that it works properly! 5 star service.
