Although the device broke within three months after I bought it, I immediately replaced it with a new one after I reported it to their customer service. The device is very useful and their after-sales service is five stars.

purchased this year and only several month's usage, it is broken now. I didn't use it daily and only use it occasionally. Disappointed. This product has design flaw.The issue seems the PCB board can not handle the current, which is rated 1600W/120V=13.3A. The wire is too thin and the PCB components are not rated for high current application. As a result, it is deemed to be broken and broke fast at high temperature. This product has fundamental design issue

My steamer stopped working after 7 month of purchase. I wrote to the product support team and they responded fast (reply on the same day) and replaced a new one for me. I received the replacement within one week. The product is a little bit disappointing, but I appreciated the service.

As I was looking for a Electric food steamer that suits my need, I found this one at a fair price and has all the function and features that I was looking for. I was so excited to have my first electric steamer and looking forward to this product, and I bought the whole set including the add-on steam rack, the steaming pots. The Steam pots were too big to use without the add-on level, which I wont be able to steam food and make soup at the same time as i have planned . So I had to return them on the same day.Now to the Steamer itself. Works great until it doesn't. - It worked perfectly for the first three uses. met my expectation on an electric steamer. Until the fourth use, There was this horrible burning rubber smell coming from the control knob, I can even see smoke coming out from knob when I go check on it. I turned it off immediately and unplug it from the wall. I checked the food in the steamer, they all smell like rubber I had to throw them out. I had to remake dinner so I let the steamer on the counter to cool down.When I check back on it after dinner to give it an other try. Same thing happen again, Rubber smelling smoke coming from the knob. Then I know I need to return this item.TO MANUFACTURE: the idea is great please do better on the safety and quality.

It went bad days after one year ! It just went dead - stopped working completely. I would not recommend. Just use a large pot to steam your item and not wasting $s on this.

The first one broken in 2 months and I got the replacement. The second one burn out in 2 months too . They made the refund but I can’t get the refund for the accessories. Convenient good customer but poor quality. Wasted time and money

The steamer is extremely convenient and easy to clean. I use it fairly frequently and the customer service for the steamer was amazing. Rika from razzori support team was extremely helpful and addressed all the issues when i ran into technical issues. Highly recommend it.
