I have bought so many cushions for sciatic pain in the last 18 months and none help, only make the pain worse. No idea why I decided to try this cushion. I guess the reviews and fact I am tried of pain. This cushion is so high. I don’t know how you can get into it. It was almost impossible and sitting on it , was not comfortable at all. Stiff. Yuck.
