I bought this product twice from Amazon. The first time I was totally pleased . I purchased the 16 oz Wild Lavender scented soap. Since I liked it so well , I ordered two 32 oz of the Eucalyptus Tea Tree scent. Immediately I noticed it seemed watery, not concentrated, nor did it have a Eucalyptus smell. Also my skin was not as moisturized. So I checked the ingredients . Sure enough , the first ingredient was water. Then I checked my first purchased, 16oz lavender bottle. Water was not even one of the ingredients in the Lavender scented soap . ( See pictures) So then I checked on Amazon to see if the ingredient list was the same for the Eucalyptus Tea Tree scented soap as on the bottle I was sent. IT WAS NOT . Water was NOT listed among the ingredients yet it was listed as the FIRST ingredient on the 2, 32 oz bottles that were sent to me . ( See photos) So what was I sent and from whom did it really come from AMAZON ????? My recommendation... CHECK THE INGREDIANT LIST IF YOU PURCHASE THIS!!! This product is great if you get the truly " Authentic " one .

This is one of my favorite soaps but every time I buy it, I'm sad to find that Alaffia still hasn't replaced the faulty pump. The pump always gets stuck when you depress it so you have the manually pull the pump back up. I'm always dropping the bottle in the shower because of this.

They really need to figure out a better way to seal this. Lost 1/4 of product that leaked all over plastic shrink wrap. Lid was barely screwed on and it was a mess! A plastic seal on product is needed to prevent this. But zero complaints about the product itself, it’s just too expensive to not get all that you ordered.

Been using it for years and it's a very good product the only thing I don't like is the consistency, it's very thin now, where as it used to be much creamier and thicker. Other then that it's still a very good product worth buying over and over and overrrrrrrrrr again!

Ordering two bottles next time. Skin feels so smooth and smells fantastic
