I’m pretty satisfied with the upgrade. Installation was extremely easy—it took less than a couple of minutes to remove the old wheels and snap these into place without any tools. The wheels roll smoothly on hard floors like tile and hardwood, and they feel much sturdier than the standard plastic casters that came with my chair.

I had a brand new chair that had 1 wheel that would not roll when weight was in the chair and it was always the one rolling forward to the desk that would stop rolling. I got these and it was easy to install and the chair now rolls. It is smooth and the height is perfect. They are sturdy and has a good quality

They were the exact size as stated with the wheels on the chair. Easy to remove the old part and replaced with the new wheel. I might add if you are not familiar with working with chair parts you might have to have help. Whe wheels are compatibility, look great and are quiet.

Got these to replace a broken wheel. Ended up just replacing all of them. Took less than 3 minutes to remove and reinstall. Perfect fit on the office chair. They roll and look nice. Time will tell about durability. So far, so good.

Works great and very cheap repair for my office chair. In fact I'd argue they roll smoother across the floor with minimal resistance, thus making it quieter. Popped the old ones out and these went in smoothly, same height but a more durable looking design. 10/10 recommend.
