Medline is better than many other antiperspirants that I have used. I initially used this product when it was in the hospital following cardiac surgery and have been using it ever since.

No frills, just an effective deodorant. Small roll on bottle, fits in a purse, easy to apply.o

Great for me!! No residue on underwear. Very lightly fragranced so basically fragrance free. Long lasting and non-irritating. Let it dry a little after application and before dressing. Lasts all day with no odor or perspiration breakthrough.

I once used this when I had an unexpected stay in the hospital. I saw it in here for just 50 cents per bottle so I picked up two of them. I generally use women's solid but roll ons are OK too if they aren't sticky. This 1.5 ounce roll on is not sticky. It is labeled as having a "fresh scent" and it smells a little like baby powder and a little like regular body powder. I am not a fan of powdery scents but this isn't overwhelming nor does it hang around long. This doesn't sting because there's no alcohol in it so I can apply right after shaving my armpits without worry. It dries fast and works. I have been using it daily for several days and have not had any breakthrough perspiration and I don't have any odor under my arms. Bonus! It doesn't leave white spots or streaks on my clothes. Although I do still prefer the silkiness and scent of a wide solid antiperspirant/deodorant, this Medline works fine and is so inexpensive. I will always keep some on hand and use it especially when wearing dark clothes that normally get white streaks on them from solids. It's great for travel because it is compact and it is unisex as well.

FOR FREE I hadn't used a "roll-on" antiperspirant in years — probably since my teens. Somehow, cream deodorants and solids took over the airwaves, and I was swept away right along with them. So, over my lifetime, I NEVER even considered buying a "Roll-On" antiperspirant, since by way of massive advertising, I was led to believe that the solids lasted longer, worked better, and were just all-around better products. But then life happened. I had to be hospitalized during 2024, and of course, everybody gets the complimentary toiletries in the plastic pan. This particular product was included. So, in a way, I was somewhat FORCED to use it because this is what the hospital provided. WELL, needless to say, after a fresh bath, and a change of my hospital gown, I reluctantly used the Medline MedSpa Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant, throughout my hospital stay, and by the time I was dismissed, I was a roll-on convert. Once home, I immediately came to Amazon to find it. I did and immediately ordered it. Later I ordered another. This is a lesson in consumer bias. To think that I spent YEARS ignoring a product because of my biases. I deprived myself of years of savings, while fulfilling a personal need. If anything, that's what stinks. Despite having a stockpile of solid antiperspirants, I have not used any since getting acquainted with MEDLINE. This stuff works. It lasts, you don't have an odor, it has a nice fresh scent, and I'm comfortable all day long. The best benefit is that it is by far less expensive than the big-name antiperspirants. So, now, I'm stockpiling these. This is a great value in exchange for what you spend on it.

This does not roll on dry, but is otherwise a great product: long-lasting, fresh scent, not overpowering.

It actually works! I've had trouble finding an antiperspirant that actually works and this does the trick and doesn't break the bank. I'm so happy to finally find a product that keeps b/o at bay.

Not quite as great as CertainDri but a very close second. It's now #1 since you can't get it in Canada anymore. Plus, it doesn't irritate if you put it on after shaving! Woot won't!!

This product worked, but I find it sticky & takes a while to dry. And the last few times I’ve used it, it just rolls down my body like water! I’m not impressed with that!

I sweat and stink so quick. I have a hard time finding a deodorant that works. This stuff is great, quick roll on, no residue and I don't notice it after it's on. I also like not having to worry about smells, some deodorants and antiperspirant just smell gross. So all in all a great product!
