My daughter was going to buy a new oven just before Christmas. I ordered this and my husband easily fitted it and the oven was working again. So much cheaper than a new oven and so easy to fit. Just make sure you turn the electric off first.Perfect fit. Very fast delivery.Highly recommended

Fits other ovens - good product
Although this states it's for a Zanussi it has exactly the same product code as my Electrolux element... I can confirm it fits, works and is thus compatible - just in case anyone else was worried.My element was a little bend/ twisted when it arrived (possible postal damage as it wasn't in a box, but in a padded envelope) but it was possible to straighten it out and quite possibly would have worked fine without being straightened. I will let the seller know, but it was for this reason that the product didn't get the full 5 star rating.Also it really was easy to fit... So I repaired my oven for £14 - as opposed to paying an £85 call out charge followed by the cost of an element and fitting! Honestly, check out YouTube videos to see how easy it is - about the only challenge was getting light into the oven to see what I was doing (remember the oven electrics are off so you can't use the oven light).

Works…. But mine stopped working after 2 months
This would have got 5 stars for being easy to install and cheap. But mine has just stopped working after exactly 2 months of using maybe twice a week

Did the job to replace broken element on a zanussi zkc5540x main oven. Shut off the power then you just need to unscrew 4 torx screws to remove the cover inside the main oven, then 2 further torx screws to remove the old element. Unclip the connections and install the new element, then screw everything back in the way you found it. Note you also need to set the clock before the main oven will work again. The packaging didn't look great, just a bit of bubble wrap in a plastic envelope, but everything works fine so can't complain. Well worth the money to get the oven working again and a 5 minute job.
