Unreliable
easy to install, but just didn't work. Day 1, closed but didn't open. Day 3 opened but didn't close. Day 4, got stuck halfway up. So unreliable I had to go out each morning and night to check which defeats the object.

Easy to fit
Works great very easy to fit. I would definitely recommend it. Set up is straightforward.

Not reliable
Installed the door. Worked for maybe a day or two. Would constantly fail and wouldn't open in the morning or evening. Sometimes it will open and sometimes it won't. Sometimes it we close and sometimes it won't. Very unreliable. Not worth the money.

Doesn’t always come up or down on its own, I have to go out and push the buttons on it to work, at first we thought it was great but after a few days it stopped working on its own. Batteries don’t last long in it either.

Doesn't work and potentially dangerous.
It does not work. It may open an inch, enough for a chicken to get its head stuck. Never closes at night. I have had to remove it now because I am worried it will hurt my girls.Seller is giving me the run around and is offering me a 23% refund? What is with that? I need a full refund for a product that does not work. I will update my review if I ever get a refund.

Inoperable
After finding evidence of a Pine martin having been in the garden, we decided we needed an automatic door on the coop. Ordered this model and fitted it as per instructions. First night, failed to close. Second night, failed to close. Morning after second night, failed to open. An absolutely rubbish bit of kit. Do not buy.

Hit and miss
The product is a great price and functionality is simple, it does however stick and on some days I have to manually open/close it

Didn’t work
Set up fine but failed to work. Replaced, and just as rubbish. Wouldn’t open properly and got stuck closing.
