This product has the same issue I’ve encountered with other Resmed products on Amazon: it is marked as not including a headgear (strap) and allows you to pick a nasal pillow size, but in fact (at least for the “large size” I ordered), it is a starter kit that includes all three nasal pillow sizes as well as a strap - everything you need. So don’t think you need to buy a strap! This “unicorn” style mask is an excellent alternative to the “elephant” style mask if you’ve found you like nasal pillows but need a bit more secure of a fit. Especially for people who are more active sleepers, the more secure fit is fantastic.

This is head and shoulders (pun intended) over the other nasal pillow mask that came with my machine. The swivel elbow with the hose on top of the head makes it so much easier to move around at night. It works exceptionally well whether on your back, side, or stomach. It says to replace it like every three months but I see no reason why that would be necessary. This is an exceptional value for the money. I first bought a cheaper version but it leaked really bad at the elbow and this one does not do that at all. I sleep so much better with this!
