I ordered the units to retrofit an access gate at one of my company's facilities and it was a very straight forward process. So far it has held up to constant use (24/7 facility) with no issues. The programming was pretty easy and has been a great value for added security. The keypad came with programmable fobs which has been a great resource for some of our vendors in accessing the facility. The exit button is very simple and easy to install, along with the ability to let people in and out from a distance by using the push button remote.

This is an excellent set! I was worried about the instructions, however each component comes with a print out. There is also an electrical diagram that describes the connections. You will need all of the wiring components (wires, connectors, etc. The most important thing for the lock is the alignment. Overall this took about an hour to install on a fairly complex door system. The wireless remote function works very well and is the only access method I am using with the system. It has a good range and has no issues with transmitting through walls.

I have purchased several of these for a chain of stores that I do work for. Everyone that I have purchased worked perfectly, they are easy to install and they work great, I love the fact that they have these little blue speed passes that you just put next to the pad and it opens right on up. There's an adjustable variable resistor that requires a little Phillips on the side of the power box you will have to adjust that in order to get the switch to keep the lock unlocked up to 16 seconds. The wireless remote are great you will have to program them to the way you want them to be. If you need an affordable maglock system you can't go wrong with these everything works perfectly flawlessly I do recommend it

I bought this setup a few months back based on price, included features, and being ignorant of the operation type. Learned a lesson that hopefully will save some you the massive headaches Ive had dealing with this nightmare. First, It does not come with a power cord to power the main box. Like me, your probably saying "no big" power adapters are cheap and you would be right but, not only do those adapters not work, and I tried seven of my own designed to power ham radios and everything under the sun, my main issue was that there was no mention of it not being included and I did not realize that was a common thing. Here's the part that will make you cry/laugh. I contacted customer service and was told customer is to supply their own, but for me they would send me some wire. Assuming the wire would be coming from somewhere overseas i tried to be patient. The wire has still not arrived. Now I know that they expect people to cut an end off an extension cord and wire it in. I can do it. I could pay someone insured to do it. Problem is I would have bought a slightly more expensive setup had I known all this and I am therefore passing info on as a review to help others make an informed decision. Hopefully this eats "community guidelines "

Not exactly what I expected but after rearranging a couple of things it works perfect.

The key entry panel does not accept the programming, I used the one provided in the package and the one based on the video attached in the product information in amazon but did not work. If there is a different procedure please let me know.
