These are fabulous glow lights. They are set and ready to go, all you do is remove the little paper tab from each individually wrapped foam stick. The size is good, and more substantial than one pack I recently received that were a little smaller. The foam is lightweight and the lights have three modes to choose from with the press of a button. They glow brightly and are fun and safe to use.

These foam sticks are very cool and super light weight. They're almost 15" long and have a button cell battery. There is a small plastic tab keeping the battery from making contact, so when you get it the battery should be unused. Next to where you pull the tab is a small white button. This button turns on the lights. There are 3 lights in the foam stick, green, red, and blue. With the 1st button push all 3 colored lights blink rapidly, the 2nd push makes them blink slower, while the 3rd press makes all 3 lights blink in a pattern from a slow blink to a faster blink to a fast blink, then back to medium speed, then back to slow. A 4th press turns it off. Good for parties and for kids to play with. The6 work out to less than a dollar a stick. You can change the battery, but will need a small Phillips head screwdriver to do it.
