I take the regular dose of this 30 minutes before each workout and it’s my favorite. I feel energized but not jittery. Flavor is awesome. I’ve bought this item a couple times.

I've been taking legion for over 2 years now. It smells good, mixes good, tastes good and I feel great when I take it. Always good ingredients and I don't feel bad afterwards. One of my favorites!

I landed on this after looking for clean version of pre-workout. I love pina colada-flavored drinks, so that's usually what I'm looking for. I like it that this doesn't have harmful artificial sweeteners, but the flavor is a little weak for me. (but I expected that with natural sweeteners) I combine it with another pre-workout that has a stronger flavor. I seem to get a lot more servings out of this tub than other brands, so that's a positive. I will likely continue to use and just continue to mix my powders.

If I could leave more stars I would !!! 10000/10 Doesn’t give that uncomfortable itchy feeling but you can feel the boost of energy it gives. I mixed it with some fresh juiced pineapples. Taste was amazing

Just arrived in the mail. Opened it up first impression I actually love the smell and the taste ! It’s not too sweet and has a perfect taste of pina colada. Can’t wait to try other flavors.

This is my go to pre-workout. Gets a good pump, Good face tingle. I haven't found one on the market that's bang for buck, as good as this is! Flavors arent terrible either!

I tried one flat scoop of the piña colada mixed with less than a cup of oat milk. Was tasty but then after 30 minutes, as I arrived at the gym my face startled to tingle, burn, and feel a dry itch like never before. I splashed cold water on my face but it didn’t stop and spread to my ears and legs. Hot and tingly itchy. I had to quickly grab my belongings and leave the gym to go get some allergy meds stat! I have no food allergies whatsoever and I’m 41. I eat everything and have had many supplements in my life. For this to happen and then to come back and read that there is a LEAD WARNING on here makes me wonder what on earth is in this that caused that reaction? I’m so glad I listened to my body and didn’t get my heart rate up exercising or it would’ve been even more miserable! Proceed with extreme caution. I will never try this again!!

Clean ingredients, only product I swear by. I have a masters in biochemistry!
