Packaging inadequacy
This is a great tool, very easy to use. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit so is somewhat lopsided !

Larger than expected
It is ok and is ideal but the holder is much larger than I realised so it does not fit in our draw so well but we found a solution so its ok in the end. Does the job as intended
