COMPLETELY Inaccurate Readings
This thing is the exact same machine as the BCJJ machine I was looking to replace with it. I'm so sick of this Chinese garbage all being made in the same factory and sold as 8 different brands. The temperature and humidity readings on this thing (and the BCJJ machine I was replacing with this) are insanely inaccurate. I have this in a bathroom and put 4 hygrometers next to it. All the hygrometers read 69F and 56% humidity. This things says it's 89F and 35% humidity. You can't set the thing to turn on and off at a certain humidity level because it is so inaccurate.I only wish there was a way to give zero stars.

What the…what???
The dehumidifier came out of the box with a used appearance. It looked scratched in some areas, dusty in another area, and there was a small white dead spider on top of it. Plus it has a strong scent of an electrical fire. Sending it back of course. I usually find reviews tedious, but if I can save anyone else from a disappointing experience with this dehumidifier it’s worth the effort

Possibly just unlucky!
The humidity and temperature readings on the unit were way out compared to the actual genuine levels in the room (I used three other thermometers and three other hygrometers to compare) Hence the unit was either a faulty one or extremely poorly made and as a result it didnt work correctly from the getgo.....Maybe I was just unlucky and received a rare faulty one but Ive had to return it because it couldnt even read the correct humidity or temperature in the small bedroom it was intended for in the first place......It looks good though...Of course looks can be deceiving...Again maybe I was just unlucky as others have said they work just fine.....

Not good for sleeping areas as too loud
Does a good job, I have a 240Lt open top fish tank in bedroom and windows run with water during the night. Trouble is it's a bit loud for sleeping even though I have 2 filters and 2 air pumps running on tank. I got a Areo 360 dehumidifier from B&Q for £10 which is used at night and refill are £7 for 2 and they last 2 weeks with massive amount of water in bedroom. The maths of running the humidifier during day time and turning off at night are not good compared to using the Unibond Areo 360.If you're not using in a bedroom this is a great dehumidifier
