I started taking this mostly for skin and overall antioxidant support, and I actually like it more than I expected. Excited to see how effective these pills are. These pills are supposed to be good for your eye and joint health so I’m really excited for them. The capsules are small, gel coated, and are made with coconut oil so they are easy to swallow and do not leave a bad aftertaste. It’s also a great value for the price.
