Ankle Ice Pack Wrap, Reusable Gel Cold Compression for Plantar Fasciitis

Before I bought this item, I tried three other ice packs for my ankle. With two ice packs, I could not get them to stay put on my ankle. The third is similar to this Everlasting Ice RX but did not fit properly and made limited contact with my ankle. Yes, I'd like it to stay cold longer. So I bought a second one and I slip it on when the first loses its chill. A small price to pay for help with persistent ankle pain.

This is a great product. Keeps cold temperature for about half an hour. Is a comfortable and effective compression sleeve. I have also ordered a knee brace from the same Company.

I had tried another product just like this one, but had to send it back. This product is perfect, fit is just right, I have the small-medium, very flexible, price is just right, it's not too heavy, I use it as a cold compress,can be used as warm compress also.

Cold duration: The ice pack cools within the first hour, but the cold doesn’t last through the entire night—though it helps for a solid portion. Sizing: It runs slightly large for my calf, so for long-term overnight wear I wish the fit were a little more tailored. 🛌 Final Thoughts: If you're dealing with foot or ankle neuropathy and looking for a reliable, hands-free ice pack for overnight relief, this wrap is a solid option. It’s not perfect—but it made a noticeable difference for me, and I’d recommend trying it if you’re hoping to ease nerve pain while sleeping.

This ankle wrap was perfect for the arthritis in my ankles. Other ice packs only covered so much this one covers all around the ankle. I am happy with this purchase.

The size recommendations are a little off. These wraps run big as I wear a size 10.5 shoe, and the L/XL was way too loose with no real compression. Even after ordering the smaller size, it fit better but was still a bit loose. Because of that, you don’t get the snug compression you’d hope for. On the positive side, the packs freeze quickly and are easy to use. The downside is that they only provide cold relief for about 15 minutes before warming up. I usually end up supplementing with soft ice packs underneath to extend the cooling time. Overall, they’re okay if you need quick ankle relief, but I’d recommend ordering on the smaller side and not expecting long-lasting cold therapy.

This ankle ice wrap is comfortable, easy to slip on, and provides effective relief for ankle and Achilles pain and swelling. The fit is great and the material feels soft and high quality, though the ice only stays cold for about 10–15 minutes. Overall, a solid recovery aid that’s easy to use.

The gel has all broken up and disintegrated after 2 uses. Very disappointing
