I bought a kids sofabed with the following faults;Unolding mechanism it is not reliable.When sofa is extended into a bed it will flip over, kids can not sleep on it.However the seller it is unwilling to take back the product.Also the return postage very expensive it is not free.

Beyond small. It’s for children or small pets but it’s weird as it’s shorter than most standard furniture. retuning.

Have spoken to the seller numerous times trying to sort out the return as they gave me Royal Mail. I packaged it and took it to Royal Mail where they refused to take it as it was too big. Seller knew the size but still gave us that option anyway. Trying to arrange another one for 2 weeks now and they have sent us automated replies with no help at all! And insultingly gave us the option of a £20 refund! For a £155 sofa and the issue isn’t our fault! Would not recommend, also for reference this is the size of the sofa!

Don’t waste your money. It’s flimsy and tips up if you extend it. The write up says it comes assembled. It doesn’t it comes as a flat packIt’s definitely not worth the money

This item is unsafe and not fit for purpose. This results from a guest (child) attempting to sleep on the above and the item toppled and the child fell off and sustained minor injuries. As a result if this, I would appriciate it if you would send packaging so that I can return this itemin in addition to a courier collecting it from my home.Thank you.

The picture is deceiving, am desperately trying to return but post office won’t take it. Now I’ve gone for this option it won’t let me change how to return it.
