Fun!
My entire experience with tactiles was gateron browns so I didn't really know what to expect, but the pop of the tactile bump is more pronounced here. The clear housing also turned my white LED backlight Green (if that's something you like). Its pretty fun to type with but a fair bit louder than what you may be used to (if you're new like me).video comparison to some lubed milky yellow pros on the same board

They were ok, but the lubrication was light.
They came perfectly ok, but when I put them on my Glorious Tenkeyless it just felt like there was no lube. It didn't give me that creamy feel when typing, but other than that they are great switches! It is just my personal preference.

Not really lubed
I ordered the linear yellow switch (100 quantity) If these are lubricated, they are barely lubricated with the lightest lubricant I have ever encountered. They are not bad switches. Very light and very smooth but the sound and feel could be improved by re-lubing with a heavier lubricant.

Great budget keycap!
For the price you get 100!? What a deal. I used these for a 96% build and loved them. They felt smooth, light, looked good and that were easy to assemble with no worry of breaking. Amazing switches for the price.

Place between MX Browns & MX Clears
When I go mechanical, I generally go clicky, perhaps to the dismay of anyone else I share a computer room with. Apologies to all those friends and loved ones who could hear the clickty-clack of my typing over the airwaves. However, no more... I've swapped to tactile and this set was the proper gateway I've been waiting for.Β For some history, I never really liked tactile switches. I have only tried various MX Browns and competitor replicas, so I only ever had my fill of the low actuation force of 45gf. I thought I could like MX Clears (55gf), but there was never an affordable option to try at the time and, at some point, I became too far indoctrinated into MX Blues and MX Greens pre-made keyboards. With the advent of the hot-swap era, I thought I would eventually pick up a set of higher actuation tactile switches, but alas, never really got around to it. Enter the MAGIC-REFINER CS Tactile Switches by Gateron, at 50gf. These switches are a joy to type on--a joy that I never found on the 45gf stuff. The only major caveat with recommending this set of switches would be that the color of the housing. Any shine through key caps where only the legends would glow would be just fine and reflect the accurate color of your RGB settings. But a warning, if you have invested in pudding caps (where the sides of the key caps are translucent just like the legends), the blue colored switch housings will interfere and mix with the RGB lighting. At its current pricing of ~$10 for 45 switches, this is a pretty good buy if heavier tactile switches might interest you.
