You can choose if you want to connect it to the app or not. If you do choose to connect it to the App, this is very easily done. Simply download the app, create an account, and then search for devices to add.The device itself comes with a measuring Jug of 500ml. The device can hold more water than this Jug, and it has a “max” line on the inside to indicate how much water you can put in if you’d like it to last longer. I filled it up to the ‘max’ and had it on all day, and it has yet to turn off. The colours are very lovely and vibrant and easy to customise using the App. If you don’t use the app you can choose to cycle through colours and then press the button to “pause” on the colour you prefer.This device uses cool water and creates a fine smooth mist. It didn’t take long for the humidity in my room to be apparent. It also took less time to make the room smell amazing compared to candles, wax melts etc.I love how slick and expensive this gadget looks. The wooden tones are a beautiful addition.The noise is very minimal/none. You can barely hear it. When it was filled to the top you can hear a little watery bubble sound, which is honestly very relaxing. That’s the only sound you can hear.Honestly this gadget has nothing but amazing features and I can’t think of anything that would be a negative for me. Perfect stuff.

Don’t usually bother writing reviews but this is such a lovely product, I am just using a few drops of the essential oils from the white company and my whole room smells amazing for literally a fraction of the price of a candle. It’s got a remote different lights, so good for the money!

It basically operates as you would expect it to. It's quiet, easy to use, has nice colours, does a good job of wafting scented air around the room, and can be left to get on with it for many hours on a single filling. It's quite a lot bigger than my previous diffusers so make sure you've a dinner plate sized space for it at all times! Because it's bigger, remember you'll need quite a few more drops of essential oils in there in order to get a decent scent coming out.Build quality wise it's light and very plasticy, but the whole dome glows pleasingly when in operation. I'm sure the design could look more classy, but what you get is good enough.A slight irk is that the dome piece that covers the diffuser has a habit of collecting a small amount of condensed water around its top, so if you're unwary you'll get that going all over the place when you first remove it. It's only a small niggle but I just wish they'd thought out a way for that to drain back into the diffuser's basin.

Product well packaged, arrived before scheduled delivery date and took 10 minutes to set up & pair with Alexa. Mind you, I read previous reviews who had issues so took their advice & changed device name to "diffuser" before wifi set up & pairing with voice control which was very straight forward after that change. Have set up daily schedule for mist & light activation and enjoy playing around with voice control.Using lavender oil & lovely scent in room. Slightly louder than expected but is not distracting as not in bedrooms & will be away from main living area.Early days but very pleased & would recommend this product.

I enjoy using this essential oil diffuser.The overall appearance fits well in any room, its a good size unlike some which are far to small, this looks sturdy and of ample size. This will run on continuous for at least 12 hours before requiring refilling.The smell will permeate throughout a two bedroom apartment with ease. The only downside I personally have is the humidity and dampness in the air it creates which I find problematic. There is a intermittent switch on it which is what I set it on but that still creates high humidity. But keep in mind this is personal and may not bother others.I have only used with the remote which works perfectly and have not used the timer.
