Does it have a tank for dehumidifier & what is the minimum temperature it will operate at please

It has an internal tank and the display lets you know when full. Using the pipe supplied you can then drain the tank. Cooling mode goes down to 16 degrees

Does this have the ability to cool down 2 bedrooms?

I have it in the hall outside 3 bedrooms. It cools the hall down very well but the bedrooms take much longer to cool and don't cool as much. If you had one in each bedroom it would be far more effective of course.

Can the hose be extended as the unit cannot be sited near a window

The hose is a fixed length. If you can't site near a window then you will need to purchase a hose that will be long enough to reach the window and hang outside it.

It has 3 functions, air con, dehumidifier and standard fan, no heat element.
