This stuff is amazing for the calories
I use this with sous vide chicken, heated frozen veggies, and konjac rice to create low calorie, high protein chicken veggie rice bowls. The flavor is indistinguishable from full calorie teriyaki sauce, which makes it a welcome addition when I’m dieting.
