At the time of this writing, the least expensive jump pack on Amazon
I wanted to have a small jump pack for my motorcycle tool kit. Something small, light, and preferably inexpensive that I could toss in a saddlebag or backpack for my rides. After reading some reviews I settled on this one. When I bought this it was around $25 on sale. The price has gone up to about $30, which is still very inexpensive for a jump pack-- assuming it works. I gambled, bought it, and after it was delivered I began testing. It arrived quickly with about 75% charge in it. I plugged it in overnight so it could finish charging. It uses a USB-C cable which is nice because I already have plenty of those, including one on my bike.Once it was charged, I tested its output. I hooked it to a dummy load used to test batteries (basically a large, low-ohm resistor that can pull a lot of current out of a battery). I placed a Uni-T UT210E ammeter around one of the test leads and hit the switch on the dummy load. The jump pack put out 50 amps for 3 seconds, then cycled off. This is normal operation.I repeated this two or three more times, at which time the jump pack beeped at me, indicating that it needed to cool down. Again, this is normal. I let it cool off for a couple of hours while I recharged it and repeated the test. Another 3 or 4 attempts at 50 amps and once again it needed to cool off.At the end of each testing attempt, it still showed 3 out of 4 charge indicator lights (IE 75% charge left). I'm not sure if this is accurate or not. Maybe someday I'll do a capacity test.I'm not sure how much current this thing will put out if connected to a really discharged battery, but I'm satisfied with its performance in testing. I have another jump pack that I bought years ago which behaves identically (50A output for a few seconds) and I have successfully used it to start a couple of dead vehicles in the past. The only thing I don't like about it is that the connector for the jump leads is difficult to insert and remove. Because of this it's relatively easy to bend it sideways, which will probably crack the plastic housing and potentially ruin the whole thing. Make sure you have a firm grip on both the pack and the jump lead connector when plugging/unplugging. Also, don't leave the leads connected. Aside from being a short circuit hazard, a single drop will probably cause the whole thing to come apart. This pack probably won't be enough to start a stone-dead car or truck, but for a motorcycle (or a moderately discharged car or truck) it will probably be fine. Of course, I hope I'll never need it, but if I do it will be in my bag, ready to go. It's convenient, inexpensive, and less of a hassle than jumper cables. We'll see what the longevity is like.

GOOD TO HAVE IN MOTORCYCLE SADDLE BAG
Takes up very little space, Compact, light, easy to use and provides great peace of mind if you travel by Motorcycle. (Rule of Thumb: The more amps you buy, the more Jump Starts you can get before having to recharge it) 1,000 amps gets me 4 Jump Starts on my Harley Davidson Sportster before I need to recharge the unit. DON'T GET ÇAUGHT WITH A DEAD BATTERY EVER AGAIN !!!!

When it works, it's great
I've jumped off trucks, cars, an airplane, and nearly a boat, but it came up just short on power delivery to start it. So yeah, I've put it through the ringer. It's very compact, and at this price point, I was blown away by it's performance. You can get multiple jumps from a single charge, as long as they start quickly. The wires are so tiny, yet they deliver tons of current for short periods of time. I'm not ready to get rid of the jumper cables just yet, as they give me a peace of mind, but this little booger is so easy to keep in the car. Plus, jumper cables require a donor car, which you don't always have at your disposal. The only con is, sometimes it's a race back to the ignition after putting it on the battery. It'll time out and you'll hear it click off, requiring you to remove it and try again. Sometimes it's mere seconds, which is pretty annoying. My advice, keep searching for a ground that makes it happy... I didn't say the best ground either (i.e. battery). It's cantankerous as heck but when you get it happy it'll give you the juice

This Is a great thing to have in the Car or Truck
As a woman I have found myself at times needing to jumpstart my vehicle and being scared to ask a stranger for help. One night at Sams club my vehicle would not stare and a gentleman with his wife saw me with the hood up and offered to help. He had one of these and showed me how easy it is to use.I now have one in each vehicle and have never had to ask a stranger to jumpstart my car again. They fit in the glove box and can be used several times before needing to be charged.

Works great!
My vehicle was not starting once in a while so I got this and it works great. It's small but packs a punch and started my car immediately. You should keep one in your vehicle just to be on the safe side!

Works great!
Great price! I have had to use it twice in a pinch. I am a single mom and do not want to be stuck on the side of the road because my kids left the interior lights on! This is a little magic machine that I suggest for all women!
