I purchased the grey one but received the white one. I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. Within 2 days, I had a grey one delivered. That’s what I call fast and excellent customer service. The diffuser is very nice and of very good quality. I really like the flame effect and it’s really noticeable in the dark but can be seen in daylight. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. Five stars. *****

I love my little diffuser for my home office. I love how you can change the colors and it looks super neat. I'm giving it a four though for a few reasons. The remote doesn't fully work. Every I push intermittent, it won't "do" intermittent. There were no instruction in my box as far as the timer goes. Is one beep two hours? Kind of thing. It leaves moisture everywhere so you either have to put a towel or keep it away from electronics. However, since I liked it enough, I bought another one for my husbands tattoo shop to use essential oils to calm clients.

The media could not be loaded. We’ve all seen ads with diffusers that look like flames and lots have bad reviews. This does exactly what it claims to do which is why I made the quick video.All you do is put a few drops of oil and water and you’re good to go. The title says waterless but that’s just if you’re using the LED light. To diffuse and get the vapor, you need water.One bonus is the blue light which I think looks super cool!

I LOVED this diffuser, but unfortunately, the lid gets stuck making the product useless because I can no longer fill it. I saw where the manufacturer responded to someone else’s complaint for the same issue and tried to blame it on people using woodsy essential oils, but the only oil I used in it was lavender. (Also it’s an essential oil diffuser, so it shouldn’t break when you use any essential oils…) They also said to clean it so that product doesn’t build up, but I did that and it was stuck again after only one use.

The price is excellent compared to other diffusers. It looks beautiful and the light gives a cozy vibe. Control remote super convenient. Loved it so much I bought another for my daughter.

The style is nice and customer service is excellent. I had an issue and they were happy to resolve my problem. I see there is a wood grain style now, I may have to buy that!

I’ve had oil diffusers before, I’m stopping to refill them every 2-3 hours, having issues with shut off times, having to get up from where I’m at to turn it on or off, but this diffuser answers all that, I get a solid 6-8 hours of run time out of the refill, the remote has great range, and my entire house always smells pleasant. It looks great on my desk, like a little mini fireplace. If I did have any complaints, it would be that the massive plastic piece for the light makes it a little difficult to shake pesky oil droppers into the reservoir, but that’s less of a product design flaw and more of a oil dropper flaw.

It's stopped working. I bought two in different colours but only this work is defective. I need to return this asap. Only used it for three times.

J’ai reçu ce diffuseur d’huiles essentielles en cadeau et j’en suis très contente. Le diffuseur est très beau, avec un effet de flamme qui crée une ambiance cosy et chaleureuse. Il diffuse une brume agréable et parfumée, qui humidifie l’air et apaise l’esprit. Il est facile à utiliser, avec une télécommande qui permet de régler la lumière, la minuterie et l’intensité de la diffusion. Il est silencieux, ce qui ne perturbe pas le sommeil. Il est aussi léger et compact, ce qui le rend facile à transporter.Les points négatifs que je pourrais mentionner sont le prix, qui est un peu élevé, et la capacité du réservoir, qui est un peu faible. Il faut souvent remplir le réservoir d’eau, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant. Il faut aussi faire attention à ne pas renverser le diffuseur, car il n’est pas étanche. Il faut également nettoyer régulièrement le diffuseur, car les huiles essentielles peuvent encrasser la buse de pulvérisation.

No obstante, su ventilador emite mucho ruido, por lo que si lo quieres para un dormitorio, puede que no sea el aparato que andes buscando. Valoro con 5 estrellas, pues el aparato está bien diseñado y es de calidad. Así que, si lo que buscas es humidificar una estancia, donde algo de ruido pueda no ser un problema, esta es una muy buena opción. Cabe añadir, que el motivo de que sea más ruidoso, comparado con otros aparatos de su clase, es debido a la necesidad de conseguir una bruma con cierta altura y alta velocidad de ascenso, necesitando un ventilador más potente para ello y en consecuencia, más ruidoso, siendo la altura y velocidad de la bruma el punto fuerte del aparato, pues se consigue un efecto de llama más realista.

L'ho preso per aumentare un po' l'umidità durante il sonno. Silenzioso, dalla capacità sufficiente per avere autonomia ( dipende poi dalle ore di utilizzo!), utile per diffondere aromi, facile da pulire, col timer! L'effetto fiamma poi è davvero simpatico, e, spento non occupa molto spazio ed è quasi di arredo.
