Great Glucose. I use this for confectionery products constantly and this is to the quality I need.If you'll use 12lbs with in a year, get it.

Bought this to stabilize my soft caramels. Was a slight learning curve, but worked perfectly! Was a good per oz price compared to smaller tubs.

Fantastic glucose syrup! Well packaged and shipped faster than expected. I do wish it was a little cheaper, but to have the option to have bulk syrup shipped to my door is worth the extra cost.

I like the product as I have purchased in the past. Beware of the bottom of the container bowing out as mine did during shipping. Lost much of the container and has a gooey mess in the bottom of the box. Salvaged what I could

great, tub says it is wheat derived rather than corn and works similarly to DE42 glucose, measures ~70 brix (similar level to de42)I move it to a smaller jar that I store in the fridge as it is much easier to handle and weigh when chilled.

Highly recommend
