The recepticale was returned. I didn’t think it was durable enough to use on kitchen counter. It is more suitable for a desk.

its a good item just that now once you press it down it will not latch to stay, it will pop right up, now need to purchase another one since I'm past the 30 day return period.

My main complaint with this is that it's an odd size to drill, for those of us who mostly have access to hole saws using the imperial system. Holding it against my 4" hole saw, I don't think there will be enough lip to keep it from falling inside. Aside from that, installation is easy, and the outlets and charger port work great. It's nice to be able to push it down into the counter when not in use. I haven't plugged more than one or two things into it at a time, so I can't speak to the reliability of using all the outlets in the post.Overall, it's nice, but probably not something I would buy again.

This is great if you are renovating your kitchen and want to add some tech to it. It does not have a lot of outlets so if you have a big family make sure you can use the ones provided.

This is a very nice pop up outlet. Its almost 4 inches in diameter... i guess I should have read the description. I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it is, but it is very nice. It has about a 6 1/2 foot power cord to reach any power receptacle necessary. It has a very smooth pop up once pressed, quite nice! I bought it to place into my custom desk, but now I'm not sure if I want to place this size in the desk. I will update this post with pictures once I buy a 4 inch hole saw bit and install.

if your going to install close to a kitchen sink it has to trip the GFI and this product won’t my tester says neutral and hot in the wrong place

The pop-up feature is pretty cool. The mechanism is a little sloppier than I would like. If you don't push it down the right way it will get stuck and you have to let it up and push down again. The extra outlets on top of the desk is very convenient. You could easily plug and unplug things without crawling under the desk. The charging is fine, it fast charges but not super fast charge. Outside of the mechanism sticking it's pretty well made. The outlets are tight

Very cool. Doesn't take up too much space, I love that you have the ability to have pressed down or pop up to expose more outlets for kitchen appliances. The wireless charging is such a great addition too!!!!
