Well I was going to order the 500 for my cpap machine so when I go camping I can use it without needing to alway camp near power I did some research and found out with plugging in the machine into the ac outlet and using no hose warmer and not humidifier I’d get 8-9 hours of use I the do to ac adapter I got 4 7-8 hour runs on my machine I did it twice for a total of 8 nights with same results with no heated hose or humidifier I’m sure I can use it for a 3 biter with also charging cell phone or laptop but I’m very happy with it’s performance and power ability’s it charges really fast it’s small and easy to store and makes no noise can sleep with it next to your head if you had to this thing is awesome and well built and it does everything it claims to and for under a dollar a watt cone with charging cable direction and a bright light still can’t get over how small it is and works perfect for my use

I bought this to run a small 12v blanket and to charge things like my drone or other things when I don't want to get my jackery 1000 plus out. So far it's been great, it syncs with the app and does everything I need it to

Bought 2 years ago, charged and sat on the shelf unused until now with the power being knocked out by a storm. This battery held it's charge at 100% these past 2 years. My phone, laptop and the units emergency light running; providing time until depleted which says 15hrs. I think this unit would last for about 2 days of usage if I shut everything off when I goto sleep and turn it back on tomorrow evening or a midday charge. Great to have in an a emergency! Quality stuff! Lightweight. Great value.

This isn't the most powerful powerbank, but it definitely lasts! My niece and indentation camping this past weekend and got caught in the middle of a flash flood while out near Lake Pontchartrain and woke up in about 4" of water... unfortunately, the Jackery very was waterlogged and had to be sat on its side to drain. The lights on this thing never went out! We drained all the water out and it was like nothing ever happened. I got this thing back in 2024 for emergencies. Its just 'okay' for camping, tailgating, beaches and festivals. I need something a little stronger, the Explorer 300 has limitations, and will not power things like an electric kettle, med sized fan or anything you may actually need to cook. Thinking of getting something with more power, but it's 10p% going to be a Jackery! This thing is not heavy at all and ive gotten my money's worth over the 2 years that ive had it, valuable investment!. It doesn't make any noise at all, definitely a great product!

UPDATE: Jackery sent me a new one and everything works good now. Changed rating to 5 stars since it delivers as intended. In theory the 300 plus is a great product. When I unboxed it it was a partly sunny day so I hooked up the solar panel that came with (300 plus with solar panel package) and it started charging! It's winter and the sun angle is low, but getting between 20 and 30 watts was pretty impressive. I tested charging with the AC cord and that worked flawlessly as well. I tried using it connected to an AC 12 watt lamp and it did well also. It even looked like it would run a small crock pot with a 100w draw. 2 weeks later it's a sunny day so I take it out to get some solar to boost it from 70% up, but this time, the display doesn't even come on. I plug in the solar panel and nothing happens. I take it back inside and plug it into the AC outlet. There was an odd smell for a moment but it fires right up and momentarily gave an error code - but still is charging. I took it back outside to the solar panels and still no charge detected. I take it back inside and try to charge via the USB-C input (the same as the input from the solar panels) thinking that perhaps there's something wrong with the panels and I get a F9 code and no charge from a 10 watt USB C charger. I then try charging my phone from the USB A and get an F9 code again and no charging. I plug it back into AC and it charges fine. I even take my phone charging cable and adapter and plug into the AC outlet and it charges the phone fine. So I'm not sure what's going on. I've attempted the soft reset, but now I'll discharge it all the way to see if the hard reset fixes it. Either way, I'm pretty disappointed as it seems like the whole USB circuit and 3 ports appears to have failed after only 2 weeks. I've reached out to customer support so hopefully I hear something soon.

This is the best little travel generator ever! Lasts long, we had it running for 12 hours straight and it still had 30% battery left. Charges up really quickly and lasts long. We bought this little thing to take camping with us to hook up a CPAP machine. It worked amazing! 1000 recommend

Great for low power drawing items.

I specifically purchased to run my CPAP machine during power outages. Cons only one AC outlet. Pros runs my CPAP for six hours vs the Bluetti which only lasted between 3.5-4.5 hours. Sturdy built yet surprisingly light weight. Charges from 0-100 in 1.5 hours from AC. I have not tried solar as we are on the Westcoast and it is winter. I wish I had bought the jackery first as it is what I needed. The bluetti was not worth the money is not as sturdy built, weighs more. And you cannot return them unless defective. As a woman in her 60’s I appreciate the compact size and light weight of the jackery.
